Caregiver / Personal Care Aide (PCA) / Home Care - (PRN Only)
Pure Grace Homecare Agency is seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers and PCAs to provide non-medical support to clients in their homes. Responsibilities may include personal care assistance, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, running errands, respite support, and assistance with daily living activities.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - (PRN Only)
Pure Grace Homecare Agency (PGH) is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality non-medical in-home care to clients. CNAs help promote comfort, dignity, safety, and independence while supporting clients with their daily needs in the familiar surroundings of home.
Responsibilities
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Assist with safe mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Support client safety and fall-prevention efforts
• Provide respite support for family caregivers
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition or behavior to the appropriate PGH supervisor
• Follow each client's established care plan and agency policies
• Maintain client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the PGH care team
• Perform other non-medical duties within the CNA's authorized scope and assigned care plan
